Click the homepage top menu to search for products by category, or enter the product name directly in the search box to find exactly what you're looking for.

Select the date, number of people, and options on the product detail page, and click the [Book] button. You can also check the free cancellation and important information. If you want to book multiple products at once, you can also use the cart.

Fill in the details required for your reservation. Members will have their information pre-filled automatically, and non-members can book with just basic contact details.

Choose your preferred payment method and complete your purchase. All payments are processed in a secure environment, and your booking is submitted instantly upon completion.
If the payment window is closed or payment fails, you can resume payment from your booking history.

After the payment is completed, the reservation is requested to the product operation company. It is usually confirmed within 30 minutes, but it may take a little longer depending on the situation.
The payment does not guarantee the reservation confirmation. If the reservation cannot be confirmed due to the reservation deadline or other reasons, the full refund will be provided.

Once your booking is confirmed, we'll receive your voucher from the operator and send it to you via notification and email. The 'Voucher' button will also be activated in your booking history. Please review all reservation details on the voucher to make sure everything is correct.
