Spa facilities: Onsen : Onsen, Sauna, steam room have to pay more for oneday pass 720 baht/pax for use

Pregnancy Policy: Pregnant guests are not eligible for massage services.; ※ Please note that refunds are not possible after booking, even if massage services are restricted on the day of use.

Child policy: Infants : 0~6age / Children : 7~11age / Adults : 12age~; Reservations are available for guests aged 12 and above only.

Additional Information & Notes: 👶 Children Accompaniment Policy; Children may accompany guests. however, a supervising adult must remain with them in the lobby at all times.
Children must not be left unattended. Please take this into consideration when making a reservation.; 🚿 Shower Policy; Showers are available only for Aroma Room treatments.
For all other programs, a shower is available for an additional fee of THB 200.; 🔸 Additional Information; Reservations must be requested at least 2 days in advance in order to check availability and confirm the booking.; Guests are advised to arrive earlier than the scheduled appointment time.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show, and the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
